College/University Students Benefit from Furniture Rental
There is so much to offer with furniture hire that they may even provide things you'd normally forget about. Common rental items that a student would require are things like folding chairs to stack away easily, chair covers for the mishaps that happen at most house gatherings, tables for extra places for food and drink and handy extras like a sofa with an additional fold out bed and rugs and lamps to help brighten the place for your guests.
Short term hire is not the only option if you're planning to stay in your apartments longer than you thought. Most furniture hire agencies provide the ability for you to rent your items long term so there's no worrying about what to do after they've been picked up. Some palced even include a rent to own alternative. The International Furniture Rental Association states "those living in an apartment for two years or less may benefit from renting furniture, while those who plan to stay for three years or more might be better off opting to buy" This may be something you can use as a guideline.
You can also do all your renting and ordering on the internet which saves even more time for the average busy student. You can search and show your housemates/roomates to discuss styles etc. then all you have to do is wait for delivery which again is of average 48 hours.
So if you're a student and have a big cash crunch like so many others of today's world do, why not try someting that is beneficial rather than a waste of your time and start looking into furniture rental?

Weather is a factor..
Today we all woke up to the fact that it was 20 degrees lower outside than the temperature was yesterday. As well the normal tune to Saturday busy traffic was not there....
Usually on Saturday's I would drive down Capitol to the Caribou for a fresh dark roast...the drive would last around 10-15 minutes.... Today however, I believe the weather attributed to an easier ride, made it in 6 minutes (no I did not speed).
This Saturday was different as well for me as I had to provide a tour to a new employee of a large international company (good news). The weather affected 'the spirit' of the tour, and I believe some of the judgement calls were made due to the gloomy weather we had.
Overall the lack of vehicles on the road did not at all influence me into thinking we are in even rougher times, just that people had quickly adapted to the very nice weather this past week and did not want to drive through it.
The apartment industry stayed busy through it and amount of person traffic on this gloomy saturday was not amazing or dead....we will just have to call it a constant day.

Geico commercial Shows Buffet's Wild Side
Warren Buffet sings Axel rose style in this Geico Commercial. I think it is awesome, and from the article it states that the singers in the commercial are in fact Geico employees. The thing that tops the employees actually singing for Geico is that Warren Buffet himself even blasts out a few verses. I love the get-up and tattoo's. Berkshire Hathaway employees will be able to enjoy the head of the company for years to come.
Great Job,

AASCW - Marriot In Madison
The Tradeshow was great!!! We were lucky enough to have our booth next to the bar (for no extra charge), guareenteed us a great crowd. Met some old acquaintances, and started conversations and connections with new ones. I would like to Thank Peter and Kelley for the hard work and the great job helping make it a success.
After the trade show we had a bite to eat at Claddagh Irish Pub in Middleton, great fish and chips, if you ever get the chance stop in a treat yourself to the stomach full of goodness.
Until next time....
Thanks for tuning in

First blog
Hello,
This is my first Blog, here goes to making this a huge success. I will most often talk and chat about things that have no relevancy to anything I do. Most often they will be things I like to consider as tips for the Industry.
So for the first time,
Thanks for checking in,
Greg
